Returns and Refunds Policy


At Warehouse 2120, we take pride in the exceptional quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. All our furniture pieces are one-of-a-kind and have natural wood variations created through time and nature. Each piece of furniture has individual pictures on the web site showing its color and style to allow you to purchase your custom piece(s).

Prior to shipment, we carefully inspect each item. We also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. If you should discover a defect in your furniture, please contact us at 828-855-1075 immediately. We will work with you to quickly schedule return shipping, and find a replacement piece that you love as much as your original pick!

Prior to ordering, please make sure to inspect the entry ways for your delivery.  If an order is refused because it does not fit through an entryway, a refund will be made in merchandise credit only, minus return shipping fees and a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of the discounted free shipping rate.

To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In the event an item is returned due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges as well as a restocking fee equivalent to the cost of the discounted free shipping rate. We recommend the buyer use a trackable shipping service that offers shipping insurance for all returns.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify the buyer by email of the status of the refund.

If approved for a refund, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
