How Will My Wholesale Order Ship?
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. We have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. When your order ships, we will notify you via email.

Self Service Truck Delivery – The majority of items shipped from Warehouse 2120 are delivered by a freight carrier. We call this delivery 'Self Service' because you'll need to move the package into your location yourself. 

All of our Self Service Delivery providers do require a 2 to 4 hour window for delivery, which will be communicated either by phone or email. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows between 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.

Delivery Notes
Damage Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write, "Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign. Open the shipment immediately to inspect the package. If there is any damage, contact Warehouse 2120 at 828-855-1075 to file a report and be given instructions on product return.
White Glove Freight – For an extra fee, many large items can be delivered by a white glove freight carrier to ensure the safest and most convenient delivery. White glove works similarly to truck freight, but a delivery team of at least two people brings your items into your location. Prices range depending on delivery requirements (i.e, flights of stairs).

Delivery Times
Deliveries typically leave our warehouse within one week. Furniture deliveries usually take between 1 and 4 weeks from the time the items leave the warehouse. For pre-ordered items, estimated shipping dates will be provided. Order dates will be confirmed by email when the product is available for shipping.

Shipping Fees

We offer freight caps to our dealers so you can more easily estimate your overall costs. They are based on your location as well as your overall product commitment level. Please contact your account manager to find out your assigned freight cap level.

Exclusions: Shipping surcharge applies to AK, HI, and U.S. Territories.
